Crooms PE 1/17
Good Morning,
This semester for PE all students will be graded on three separate sections each week.
Participation – If your student is properly attired for PE (PE uniform or Appropriate Sports wear)
Sport – The activity that we are doing at the time( volleyball , Baseball, Basketball, ultimate Frisbee and so on)
Cardio- We will run the mile once a week or some form of running that is similar to it.
This week we have begun our indoor Volleyball section, kids have split into teams of six and are competing in king of the court with games going to 5.
On Thursday we will be completing our mile.
Boys Target : 9 mins
Girls Target : 11mins
